What does one credit buy?
One image. However many text boxes you change in that image, it is still one credit, and retrying a result you were not happy with does not cost another one.
When is a credit actually deducted?
Only when you look at the result, confirm it is right, and download it. A job that fails, gets cancelled, or is refused never costs a credit.
Do credits expire?
Credits bought as a pack do not expire. Credits included with a subscription are for that billing period.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are my payment details safe?
We never see or store your card. Payments are handled by the payment processor, and only the result of the charge comes back to us.
